The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.This position is responsible for operating our automated car wash, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring every vehicle meets our quality standards.Key Responsibilities Safely operate and monitor automated car wash equipment. Guide vehicles into the automated wash and ensure proper positioning. Inspect vehicles before and after washing to maintain quality standards. Perform additional vehicle cleaning, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and drying as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, equipment, and surrounding lot. Move, park, and organize vehicles safely and efficiently. Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance or operational concerns. Assist with daily opening and closing procedures. Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure work areas remain properly stocked. Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled. Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule based on business needs. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
