Starting from $22.00 to $45.00 an hour, based on experience.   Job Responsibilities Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employers' values in all interactions QualificationsQualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training or ASE certification preferred.  Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.  Proficient with automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment.  Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.  Valid Washington State driver’s license and a clean driving record.  Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  Equal Opportunity Statement:  Scharmach Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
