Manager Accounting, Michigan - Hybrid

Position Summary:

Responsible for the overall planning, direction and operation of the general accounting functions for the Plans.  Establishes and maintains an accounting system to meet the organization’s needs.  Responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.  Ensures employees and vendors of the organization are paid accurately and timely.

This is a hybrid position with requirements to come onsite as scheduled, Flint, MI.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Five (5) years’ experience in accounting/finance.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree.

• Previous leadership experience in accounting/finance.
