Position Summary:

Reduces barriers that keep patients from getting timely treatment by identifying patient needs and directing them to sources of emotional, financial, administrative, or cultural support.

Required:

Associate degree, preferably in a health-related field.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
One year prior work experience in health care.
