  • Support planning and facilitation of distributor sales meetings, advisory councils, business reviews, and commercial communications focused on growth and performance.
  • Partner with Channel, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Business Unit leaders to execute channel strategies that accelerate sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage pricing and discount communications to ensure distributors can effectively compete and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Maintain centralized channel pricing, program, and incentive information to support timely sales execution.

Business Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze distributor sales trends, market opportunities, program participation, and channel performance to identify areas for growth.
  • Share customer, market, and distributor insights with internal stakeholders to improve sales strategies and program effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase channel engagement, simplify operations, and enhance revenue generation.
  • Measure and communicate program ROI and business impact through dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics.
  • Support the development of best practices that drive distributor productivity, accountability, and sustainable sales growth.
