This role involves verifying inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and confirming count accuracy to maintain inventory levels and optimize stock management.   Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular audits of inventory at various retail locations as assigned. Verify inventory records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies. Analyze inventory data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure accurate inventory practices. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations. Provide training and support to store personnel on inventory management best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in inventory management techniques. QualificationsQualifications: Proven experience as an Inventory Counter or in a similar role within the retail industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. Ability to travel to various store locations as needed.   Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.   Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times. Must be able to navigate convenience stores and reach items both high and low. #INDCON
