Location: Lacey Township, New Jersey (home and daycare based setting) 

 

Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per Hour

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide transformative ABA services to a delightful 3-year-old child in Lacey Township, NJ! If you love working with children and are eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, this is the perfect role for you! 

Schedule

 

Option 1: 8:00 am to 10:00 am (Daycare center)

 

Option 2: 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm (home based setting) 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services 
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA 
  • Assist with school homework
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills 
  • Collect data and document session progress 
  • Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team 
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Experience working with children preferred 
  • RBT Certification preferred but not required 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Reliable and dependable 
  • Ability to pass required background screenings
