Location: Fort Atkinson, WI
Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $20-25 / hr
Reports To: Director of Daytime Cleaning

Time Allocation:

• 60% Field Operations
• 40% Administrative & Coordination
   

Position Summary 

The Field Manager of Daytime Cleaning oversees field execution, staffing coordination, quality assurance, and operational communication. This role connects field teams to leadership and ensures smooth daily operations. This role has to be bilingual. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support Director in managing daytime operations
• Oversee supervisors, trainers, and lead technicians
• Dispatch and coordinate daily jobs
• Adjust schedules to ensure full coverage
• Conduct job inspections and quality checks
• Analyze quality audits and customer feedback
• Manage supply budgets and staffing plans
• Handle invoicing and job documentation
• Vet and interview candidates
• Run large projects successfully
• Translating
  Communicate daily updates to Director
