Qualifications Qualified applicants will possess a high school diploma (though an associate’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred), along with one year of experience in this or a related area. They must be a licensed insurance agent or have the ability to acquire the necessary licenses. Applicants must enjoy working with people and helping them select from a range of services and merchandise. Basic office and computer skills are a must, and organizational skills and attention to detail are vital to ensure that all arrangements are made to each family’s satisfaction. Compensation Uncapped earning potential with total annual compensation typically ranging from $50,000 to $100,000+ based on performance. Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities available.
