Kaizen Collision Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a dependable, organized Customer Service Representative who can multitask, solve problems, and keep things moving.

If you're sharp, quick on your feet, and great with customers, we want to talk!

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

What You'll Do

• Answer phones, greet customers, and schedule appointments

• Handle vehicle check-ins and customer updates

• Assist with insurance questions and payments

• Keep front office operations running smoothly

What We Need

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Professional, dependable, and organized

• Comfortable using computers

• Automotive experience preferred

• Valid driver's license
