- Grieco Ford of Ft. Lauderdale is seeking BDC Representatives to join our dynamic and growing Sales Team. Top candidates will need to be professional, possess a positive attitude, have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for talking to customers, this is the job for you!
- Responsibilities
- Coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online.
- Searching for potential sales leads.
- Booking appointments for the Sales Showroom.
- Acting as a first point of contact for our Customers.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Preferred).
- Prior experience in a dealership or showroom setting (Preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Must be willing to take on any other duties assigned.
- Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic required.
- Must have a willing to learn mentality.
