A multi-discipline engineering firm with over70 years in business is looking for a Project Mechanical Engineer for their Fort Lauderdale, Florida office!

Responsibilities:

Supervise/coordinate projects with other engineering and architecture departments within the firm
Prepare construction drawings/specifications for public and private bidding
Direct communication with clients
Provide technical leadership, production and scheduling, quality control and cost proposals
Ensure high-quality, on time, on budget, technical delivery of all project requirements
Supervise/mentor junior staff

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
5+ years of HVAC design experience
3+ years of project management experience in aconsulting firm or related environment
Professional Engineer license preferred
Experience with local municipalities and government agencies preferred

Salary iscommensurate with experience.
