Busser

A Busser is an attentive, efficient, and organized individual able to quickly clean and maintain a welcoming restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greets and seats guests implementing first time guest protocols
• Communicates features and promotions
• Delivers food to tables
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms
• Performs daily opening and closing duties
• Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers
• Maintains a helpful, productive working relationship with the Dish Machine Operator
• Participates in and maintains positive relationships across Front and Back of House teams
• Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events

Requirements:

• Flexible Schedule
• Reliable Transportation
• Background Check
• Is willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
• Has physical stamina for minimum six-hour shift
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to train individuals
• Learner/Coachable

Benefits:

One (1) free meal up to $10 per day while on duty and 20% off while off duty
