Multifamily Housing | Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour + Bonus

Interested in maintenance? We're looking to train our next Maintenance Technician to join our team at Seasons on Chelsea Apartments in Fort Mitchell, KY. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

• $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• Up to $100 a week additional pay when on call, if you get called out or not!

What We Need from you:

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
