Sonic Summary

The Skilled Nursing Facility Physician position requires candidates to have an active Florida Medical License and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatric Medicine.
The role can be either full-time or part-time, with part-time positions being 1099 for 1-3 days a week and full-time averaging a daily census of 22–25 patients.
Physicians will visit 1-2 buildings per day and provide day call coverage from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Compensation is competitive, with additional opportunities for a Medical Director role over SNF buildings, which includes extra compensation.
Candidates should possess a personable and compassionate demeanor, along with a strong bedside manner, and experience in this field is preferred.
