We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage a property but truly owns it. Someone who can drive occupancy, lead a team with confidence, and deliver a resident experience that stands out.

What you bring:

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience (multi-family required)
• A strong track record in leadership, team development, and results
• Confidence in budgeting, recruiting, training, and day-to-day operations
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic)
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• CAM, CAPS, or HCCP? Even better

What you’ll do:

• Lead all property operations with full accountability
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and overall property performance
• Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and maximize value
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Deliver a resident experience that keeps people renewing—not leaving
