What You'll Do

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Complete general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction repairs
• Maintain community grounds and assist with debris removal
• Handle larger maintenance projects as assigned
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and team members
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC experience required
• HVAC Certification required
• CPO Certification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general maintenance repairs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to work occasional holidays
