Now Hiring: Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health PRN 

Preferred Care Home Health Services is looking for a compassionate, experienced Psychiatric RN to deliver skilled behavioral health nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

As a PRN team member, you'll bring specialized psychiatric expertise to an interdisciplinary care team, helping patients manage their mental health conditions safely and effectively where they live.

What You'll Do

• Conduct skilled psychiatric nursing visits per physician orders and the plan of care
• Serve as primary RN case manager for patients with psychiatric diagnoses
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status, progress, and treatment response
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and safety
• Communicate condition changes promptly to physicians and the care team
• Participate in care conferences and maintain timely, accurate documentation

What You Bring

• Active Florida RN license
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
• Home Health and OASIS experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
