At LeeSar's IV Compounding Center, you'll work alongside pharmacy professionals in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment utilizing advanced automated compounding technology to help deliver critical medications to healthcare facilities across Southwest Florida. Why Join Us? Pay starting at $18.00 for non-licensed, $22.00 if you are a licensed pharmacy tech. Second shift: 2:00PM to 10:30PM rotating weekdays (this is a 24/7 operation) This is a temporary seasonal position Support hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Southwest Florida Work for an organization committed to excellence, compliance, and patient safety Play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of medication safety What You'll Do As a pharmacy IV technician you will prepare sterile IV medications and aseptic preparations.  Operate automated compounding equipment.  Maintain USP-Compliant cleanroom standards.  Monitor environmental conditions and quality controls.  Manage medication inventory and ensure product integrity.  Partner with Pharmacy leadership to support daily functions.  QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: Minimum of high school diploma with a preference of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree Completion of a board certified Pharmacy Technician program preferable Completion of not less than 10 hours per year of continuing education from an accredited institution.  Of the 10 hours not less than 2 hours of CE on Current Good Manufacturing Processes, 1 hour of regulatory update and 1 hour of Continuous Quality Improvement Parenteral preparation experience preferred One year related technician experience preferred Ability to use personal protective equipment required  Ability to gown to work in and ISO-5 environment  Benefits Include Annual bonus opportunity HDHP medical plan with $0-cost associate-only coverage option Employer HSA contributions 401(k) with up to 5% employer match and immediate vesting Employer-paid life and disability insurance Tuition reimbursement Professional development opportunities Generous PTO program and nine paid holidays On-site health clinic At LeeSar, our Associates drive the success of our member hospitals and clinical partners.
