Description

Responsible for answering the phone and greeting clients and or potential clients with respect and non-judgment, maintaining confidentiality, scheduling/rescheduling clients, maintaining and updating all current information on clients such as phone numbers, addresses, releases, insurance, etc. in the client's file.


Requirements

Part-time, 24 hours per week, hourly position.

A minimum of a high school diploma is required.

Bilingual Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour.

• Greets, checks in clients, collects co-pays if applicable, reschedules clients, and obtains any signatures if needed.

• Answers phones and directs calls.

• Organizes and puts together client files.

• Ensures all information is up to date and current in all clients’ files: phone numbers, addresses, releases, insurances, etc.

• Accurately files all material in clients’ files.

• Coordinates meetings and schedules client appointments.

• Processes billing and prints out invoices to be sent to state agencies.

• May assist with Medicaid verification each month.

• Maintain HIPPA and client confidentiality at all times.

• Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
