With a focus on safety, you'll also transport daycare and school-aged children to school and appointments.

You'll attend team meetings, participate in training, and help uphold a safe, professional, and compliant environment for children, mothers, and staff. We're responsible for protecting the resident children, and you'll promptly report any health, well-being, and abuse concerns to the correct authorities. Our Therapeutic Child Care Aides help keep areas clean/organized, swiftly respond to emergency situations, and form positive relationships with the residents to help foster each child's well-being. You will also assist with tasks such as changing diapers, potty training/toilet use, and performing basic first aid.
