About TeenWorksĀ 

Formerly known as Pro 100, TeenWorks was created in 1981 by Indiana philanthropist Gene B.Ā 

Glick from a simple idea of offering teenDs a summer job. Today, the organization’s summerĀ 

program engages teens in Anderson, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Muncie, and South Bend in a sixweek summer work program that provides work-based learning and professional development.Ā 

The year-round Pro program, which provides additional individualized work experiences, collegeĀ 

tours, networking opportunities, and professional development. Alumni Services is available toĀ 

all teens after high school to support them in their post-secondary path.

Position Summary

The purpose of the Corporate Giving & Events Manager is to maintain and grow currentĀ 

corporate partnerships across Fort Wayne and Muncie and gain revenue for TeenWorks throughĀ 

these relationships. This position reports to the Vice President of Development andĀ 

Communications and is an integral part of the Development Team. This position will alsoĀ 

collaborate with other staff members on activities designed to enhance and support the overallĀ 

mission of TeenWorks.

ResponsibilitiesĀ 

• Manage a strong portfolio of Fort Wayne and Muncie corporate donors; meet and exceedĀ 

annual corporate fundraising goals for those cities.

• Meet and communicate with donors regularly.

• Research and develop new corporate and third-party relationships in Fort Wayne andĀ 

Muncie.

• Engage and manage corporate and individual volunteers for Fort Wayne and Muncie.Ā 

Organize volunteers and corporate partners for Interview Day, Hiring Day, Career Day,Ā 

and Mock Interview Day, among other events.

• Assist with event planning, specifically for the Futures Breakfast, with logistics,Ā 

sponsorships, and gift tracking; act as primary lead for sponsorship in Fort Wayne andĀ 

Muncie.

• Serve as staff leader for one event per calendar year in each city.

• Complete data management as it relates to your portfolioĀ 

• Work cooperatively as a dedicated member of the development team to meet the overallĀ 

fundraising annual goal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s DegreeĀ 

• Some non-profit experience is a plus but not required (1-2 years)

• Strong computer and technology skills, with experience in Microsoft Teams, Canva,Ā 

GiveSmart, and Salesforce a plus

• Entrepreneurial spiri
