Position Overview
OHA is seeking a candidate to join the Treasury team with a specific focus on deal funding, cash 
wires and supporting other fund payments processes. The candidate will work closely with Finance, 
Operations and Deals teams to efficiently manage and transmit cash. Process automation is also a 
key objective as the team supports OHA’s growth plan.


Primary Responsibilities
•  Assist in all cash management functions including cash forecasting, wires, and capital 
flows
•  Ensure adequate liquidity for funding transactions and manage inter-company cash, including 
inter-company capital injections and distributions
•  Support firm’s foreign exchange program including spots and hedging program
•  Oversee fund financing activity via long term credit facilities including prepare analysis on 
financing recommendations and impact on portfolio returns
•  Maintain treasury system, build-out new cash management module and lead additional 
enhancements.
•  Review monthly bank account billing statements across the various custodial banks
•  Support treasury project management by working with vendors and internal technology team to 
implement new treasury initiatives and process enhancements
•  Proactively demonstrate leadership qualities such as collaboration, initiative, innovation, 
problem-solving, accountability, planning and setting goals, and personal development
•  Develop and maintain Treasury policies, procedures & management reporting
•  Provide optimal customer support to internal clients, colleagues and external financial service 
partners
•  Other duties may be assigned
In-Office Requirement: Employees are required to follow the in-office work schedule. Currently, 
OHA’s Operations team in Fort Worth follows a hybrid model where employees work in-office Tuesday 
through Thursday. Employees have the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. This 
schedule is subject to change based on organizational needs and policies.
Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree required (B.A. or B.S.) preferably in Finance or related field
•  Minimum of 5 years’ treasury experience including Treasury Operations and wire processing, cash 
management, exposure to Fixed income; High Yield, Bank Debt, Structured Products, Derivatives
•  Strong financial, analytical, organizational, and quantitative skills, and ability to coordinate 
complex activities, prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines with a quality, accurate work 
product
•  Must be highly motivated, be able to work independently and possess strong written and oral 
communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
•  High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to proof one's own work
•  Strong Microsoft Excel skills
•  Ability to set priorities effectively and handle the demands of multiple tasks
•  Demonstrated academic achievement with strong GPA
