We value people who are dependable, efficient, loving, truthful, and adaptable — our DELTA core values.The District Manager oversees service for up to 20+ apartment communities and provides leadership to 15–30+ part time Valet Trash Technicians. This is a hands-on position working in the field, at home, and in the office.Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage Service Valets. Ensure nightly trash and recycling collection is completed properly. Inspect properties and employees for quality and compliance. Resolve customer complaints within 3 hours. Maintain strong relationships with apartment community management. Coach and develop employees while holding the team accountable. Manage new property launches and container distributions. Provide on-call support during scheduled hours. Drive throughout the assigned territory and respond to operational needs. Maintain accurate customer, employee, and operational records. Promote and enforce company safety policies. Qualifications High school diploma/GED. Customer service and people-management experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work a split schedule and occasional irregular hours. Requirements Pickup truck required. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Smartphone with data plan and working camera. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk long distances, and climb stairs. Ability to work in inclement weather.
