Molding Packager - Night Shift (6:00pm-6:00am)

Overview

US Conec is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Molding Packager to support our manufacturing operations in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for manually packaging materials and products.

Responsibilities

Remove products from the molding machine to separate plastic products from scrap plastic.
Pull and package products from molding machines according to a set schedule.
Weigh containers and adjust quantities as needed.
Label containers, container tags, or products appropriately.
Pack special arrangements or selections of products.
Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step of the packaging process.
Record information such as weight, time, and date packaged.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area by picking up trash, sweeping the molding floor, and wiping down molding machines.
Organize storage cabinets.
Follow the direction of the shift lead to perform other related projects to support the molding floor staff.
Observe safety and security procedures, determine appropriate actions beyond guidelines, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully while developing alternative solutions
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, look for ways to improve and promote quality, apply feedback to improve performance, and monitor work to ensure quality.
Meet productivity standards, complete work in a timely manner, strive to increase productivity, and work efficiently.

Must Haves

High school diploma; one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to carry out instructions and handle standardized situations with minimal variability.
Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views, give and receive feedback.
Effective communication and ability to work well with a team.
