Job DetailsJob Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeJob Shift: AnyJob Category: ManufacturingMPA Supervisor Location: Fort Worth Alliance, TX Department: PCBA Production Department (PD) Reports To: PD Department Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the materials preparation area supporting Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Dual In-line Package (DIP) production lines. This role ensures timely and accurate preparation, kitting, and delivery of electronic components and materials to meet production schedules and quality standards. Leads a team of material handlers and group leaders, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires close coordination with production, warehouse, engineering, and quality departments to resolve material-related issues and optimize workflow efficiency.                                                                         . Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the SMT/DIP materials preparation area. Ensure timely kitting and delivery of materials to production lines. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse to prevent shortages or excess. Implement and maintain 6S and lean manufacturing practices. Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material discrepancies and improve processes. Maintain accurate records of material transactions and ensure ERP system updates. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Form and lead the MPA department’s  M360 dialogue meeting. QualificationsQualifications Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing overseeing a team of operators or technicians. Knowledge of material preparation process and equipments. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office  Six Sigma certification is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
