Worth, TX supplying precision CNC machined and sheet metal components as well as complex sub-assemblies to the aerospace and defense industries. We offer competitive benefits, 401K, PTO, flexible holiday policy and education reimbursement.    Reports to Operations Manager     Key Responsibilities: Operate forklift, Verify paperwork and Un-load raw material into warehouse Perform Receipt inspection and inventory receipt into ERP system Load and cut sheets of material to dimension on Shear Securely load extrusion and/or bar stock,  Saw and cut lengths to size Issue raw material to jobs in ERP system Maintain raw material inventory accuracy and work center organization (5S)   Essential Duties:   Computer literate Knowledge of MS Excel Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds Ability to read a tape measure Ability to convert units of measure (SQFT to EA; LBS to EA) Ability to differentiate metal types and thicknesses (grade, temper, heat) Must have strong communication skills Must be reliable and punctual Must be a team player Able to work overtime when necessary Willing to change tasks within the shop as workload necessitates Willing to learn new skills or trade Ability to working in hot or cold environment QualificationsBasic Qualification: High School diploma or GED equivalent Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.  ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.       Preferred Qualifications:   Experience monitoring inventory through transactional research, Cycle counting and inventory concepts Experience operating hydraulic shears, table saw and chop saw on metal Experience operating fork lift Experience following production schedules Knowledge of machines and tools including their uses, and maintenance Safety and Quality focused
