• Predictable schedules (4x10s or 3x12s)

Comp: 

• Flexible scheduling  
• W2 or 1099 options
• W2 Salary $250,000 plus so much more 
• 8 weeks PTO 
• 100% Employer-paid health plan for employee & family

• CME Allowance: $2,000 plus AANA dues 
• Paid parental leave: 100% salary for 6 weeks (Dad's too) 
• 1099 Valued at $300,000 annually
