This position is responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality meals while maintaining excellent standards for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards Set up and stock cooking stations before service Prepare meats, vegetables, sides, and other menu items Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely Monitor food temperatures and maintain proper food safety standards Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized Follow proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Assist with food preparation and production as needed Complete opening and closing duties Work with other kitchen team members to provide fast, quality service Follow all company, food safety, and workplace safety procedures What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in preparing great food and enjoys working as part of a team.
