This fun part-time coach’s position must have a passion for working with children with the ultimate goal of making a positive impact on as many children as possible. The responsibility of a coach will be to develop, train, and educate students in their respective sports. The Middle School Baseball Coach that will fill this crucial role will prioritize relationship building with colleagues, students, and their families. Coaches will model hard work, leadership, and a growth mindset. Successful candidates will embrace the mission, values, and be willing to act as a representative of All Saints’ Episcopal School.  Job Responsibilities  Working closely with the Director of Athletics and Athletic leadership team.  Positively encouraging, training, and coaching the participants of each assigned sport.  Instructing players in the rules, regulations, and techniques of the sport.  Role modeling good sportsmanship and maintaining appropriate conduct toward athletes, officials, and spectators.  Scheduling and organizing effective practice sessions.  Working collegially with fellow coaches and Athletic Department staff.  Representing All Saints’ Episcopal School Athletic program in a professional manner and within the bounds of good sportsmanship.  Generating additional support for the program throughout the greater All Saints’ community and through building connections with students and families.  Responsible for the physical and spiritual well-being of the athletes during the sporting activity.  Other duties as assigned are closely related to this position.  QualificationsQualifications:  A High School diploma is required. A Bachelor’s Degree and Teaching Certification preferred.  Experience as a coach or participant in sport.  General knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures.  Ability to instruct and supervise student athletes.  Ability to manage confidential information.  Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with the Athletic Directors expectations, established school policies and procedures, and the All Saints’ mission and values.  Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Bus Driver certification prior to the start of coaching duties.  All Saints’ Episcopal School of Fort Worth is an equal-opportunity employer.
