Job Details: Job Location: Hugos Family Marketplace - Store #13 - W 1st St - Fosston, MN, Position Type: Full Time (35+ Hours/Week), Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $12.00 - $17.00Hourly, Job Shift: Early Morning, Job Purpose:- The Janitor at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the store's facilities are kept in pristine condition, contributing to an overall positive shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize restrooms, floors, and public areas to uphold hygiene standards.- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a responsible manner.- Dust shelves and displays to maintain a tidy and organized appearance.- Maintain the cleanliness of entrances and windows, ensuring they are free of smudges and debris.- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap in restrooms and other public areas.- Follow established safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe working environment.- Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to management.- Operate cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and complete them within designated timeframes.- Work independently or as part of a team to achieve cleanliness and maintenance goals.- Demonstrate reliability and consistency in performing cleaning duties to meet the company's standards.Benefits:Full Time - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Holiday Pay.Full Time and Part Time - Employee Discount and Time & Half Holiday Pay.Qualifications: Required Education:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education required.
