We are seeking aĀ Senior Cvent Platform AdministratorĀ to oversee the administration, configuration, governance, reporting, and operational support of our Cvent platform. The role will partner with business teams, agencies, IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Procurement to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective use of Cvent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Cvent account configuration, users, roles, permissions, workflows, templates, forms, and reporting.
- Build and maintain Cvent events, registration, surveys, Meeting Request Forms, and reporting templates.
- Develop and validate reports and perform data-quality reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and coordinate with Cvent Support and internal teams.
- Manage support and configuration requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain SOPs, configuration documentation, training materials, and governance records.
- Support compliance, privacy, security, audit, and access-control requirements.
- Develop and deliver Cvent training and onboarding for users and agency partners.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, process improvement, and platform optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Cvent Account Administrator Certification
- Cvent System Administrator Certification
- Significant hands-on Cvent administration experience in an enterprise or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of Cvent configuration, user administration, workflows, reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
- CMP certification
- 5+ years of Cvent/event technology experience.
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience.
- Experience with user training, agency/vendor support, and process improvement.
