The position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $125,000 per year, along with a company truck and full health benefits.
The role requires managing teams of 2 to 8 technicians and overseeing daily installation activities, including layout and quality control.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring and retaining staff, as well as managing client interactions.
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday shift schedule.

Shift Schedule

Days; Monday - Friday

The Manager will lead and direct teams of 2 to 8 technicians and a foreman on daily install activities as well as layout, labeling standards and QC terminations and testing. Hire and Retain your staff, run the Santa Fe Springs shop as you see fit. As well, you will be the face of the company and managing client interactions.
