🧠 Outpatient PHP / IOP | Substance Use & Co-Occurring Disorders

Renaissance Recovery is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Therapist to join our outpatient team. We provide PHP and IOP services within a collaborative, supportive clinical environment that values both clinician development and quality client care. Clinical supervision is provided.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate individual and group therapy (co-ed & gender-specific) 👥

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans 📝

• Conduct crisis and risk assessments as needed ⚖️

• Collaborate with the clinical team and community partners 🤝

• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation 💻

• Participate in utilization reviews 📊

What You Bring

• Master's degree in a related field 🎓

• Active BBS Associate number

• ACSW, AMFT, or APCC (required)

• Working knowledge of 12-Step, CBT, DBT, and family systems

• Addiction treatment experience preferred
