Whatwill you do?
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Efficientlyprocess, prepare, and release orders using order tracking and CRM systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conductthorough customer order inspections, making necessary revisions based oncustomer requests (e.g., tags, quantities, shipping information).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaboratewith internal departments to gather and provide updates on order status,shipping dates, prices, critical orders, and scheduling freight forwarders.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Confirmorders, update shipping status, and promptly notify customers of any backordersor delivery delays.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provideinitial support by researching and resolving order-related inquiries, ensuringaccurate and up-to-date information within systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Generateshipping and export documentation as required for shipments and orders.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensuresinvoices are processed accurately and distributed to customers on schedule
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitorcustomer requests and inquiries using communication platforms.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Generatereports on customer orders and backlog.

Education:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 HighSchool Diploma/GED required.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previousexperience working in Customer Service or Order Entry/Processing related roles.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, SAP, and using digital tools.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Preferredexperience working in manufacturing operations.
