Overview

Salary: $78,000 - $80,000

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Rotating on call availability, at least two nights per week availability to see clients after 5pm as needed. 

 

 

Advocates is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical guidance to our Children's Behavioral Health Initiative team in the Framinghm area. The Clinical Supervisor will support staff in providing therapeutic services to children and families in homes and in the community. Our CBHI team includes three services: In Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and In Home Behavioral Services. We support families in navigating a wide range of issues, including trauma, complex family systems, and substance use.

 

This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days remote. You will be joining our energetic and knowledgeable Leadership Team, with many opportunities for collaboration and support. Our team of clinicians and paraprofessional staff is caring, creative, and dedicated.

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly individual supervision to clinicians and paraprofessional staff.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, trauma informed, culturally sensitive environment.
  • Facilitate team meetings and trainings, in collaboration with the CBHI Leadership Team. 
  • Provide direct clinical services to a small number of families, including assessment, treatment planning, and clinical intervention.
  • Collaborate with staff members to come up with creative solutions to routine and complex situations.
  • Assist in the hiring and training of new clinical staff.
  • Provide back-up on call support and guidance to clinicians as needed during emergencies.keyw

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in clinical mental health and independent licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD).
  • Minimum of three years of experience in providing clinical services to children and families. 
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus; we also love training new supervisors!
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. 
  • High energy level, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a team atmosphere.

  • Must have valid driver’s license and access to car.
