Commercial Lines Account Manager

Integrated Insurance Solutions (IIS) is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who values strong client relationships, problem-solving, and teamwork. What You Will Do

As aCommercial Lines Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted point of contactfor IIS clients and work closely with producers, carriers, and the rest of ourservice team.

· Manage and develop relationships with anestablished book of commercial clients.

· Partner with producers to onboard and servicenew accounts.

· Coordinate the renewal process, includinggathering information, reviewing coverage needs, preparing submissions, andworking with carriers.

· Review policies and coverage to help ensureaccuracy and identify potential gaps or changing client needs.

· Respond to client questions and service requestsaccurately and promptly.

· Work with insurance carriers and underwriters toresolve coverage, pricing, and service issues.

· Support clients with endorsements, certificates,claims questions, and other ongoing insurance needs.

· Maintain accurate and complete accountinformation within the agency management system.

· Identify opportunities to strengthen clientrelationships and expand coverage where appropriate.

Requirements

Requiredqualifications include:

· At least three years of commercial linesexperience within an insurance agency.

· Strong knowledge of commercial insurancecoverage and terminology.

· Experience managing client relationships andproviding excellent customer service.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organization and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.

· Ability to work independently while being aneffective member of a team.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office andcommercial insurance rating systems.

· Experience with Applied EPIC or a comparableagency management system.

Preferredqualifications include:

· Exposure to professional lines.

· An active Massachusetts Property & Casualtylicense is preferred.

· A sense of urgency is important. A sense ofhumor helps too.
