Whether your goal is to become a BCBA, expand your leadership skills, or deepen your clinical expertise, this position provides an outstanding opportunity to build your career while making a lasting difference in the lives of the students we serve.   What You'll Do As a Clinical Case Coordinator, you'll partner with our clinical team to provide high-quality behavioral services by: Implementing individualized Behavior Support Plans across school, residential, and community settings Assisting with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and behavior programming Collecting, analyzing, and graphing behavioral data to support treatment decisions Monitoring program integrity and student progress Coaching and training direct care staff through modeling, feedback, and hands-on support Leading therapeutic group activities that build communication, social, play, and community skills Collaborating with BCBAs to modify and improve behavioral interventions Advocating for students while promoting dignity, respect, and positive outcomes Providing direct support to students when needed to ensure continuity of care Grow Your Clinical Experience This role is designed to help you develop the knowledge and experience needed for long-term success in behavior analysis and special education.
