Job Details: Job Location: Oak Grove - Franklin, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Purpose:- The Vacuum Technician at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC is responsible for operating specialized heavy equipment to perform safe and efficient excavation, debris removal, and site cleaning using high-pressure air or water systems. This position emphasizes safety, equipment maintenance, and effective waste management to support industrial and construction operations.Key Responsibilities:- Operate vacuum trucks and other specialized heavy equipment to excavate soil and remove debris from industrial sites.- Utilize high-pressure air or water systems for cleaning and excavation tasks.- Conduct daily inspections, setup, and maintenance of vacuum trucks, pumps, hoses, and nozzles to ensure optimal performance.- Inspect work sites for potential hazards and set up safety perimeters to protect personnel and equipment.- Adhere to OSHA and MSHA regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols.- Manage the proper containment and disposal of excavated material and hazardous waste in compliance with environmental regulations.- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting heavy items (up to 75lbs) and standing for extended periods.- Operate within confined spaces as required by specific job sites.- Maintain a valid Driver's License and demonstrate a strong understanding of basic hydraulics and pressure systems.- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project goals are met efficiently and safely. Benefits Offered:- Medical- Dental- Vision- Life Insurance- 401K Retirement PlanQualifications: Required Education:- High school diploma or equivalentRequired Experience:- Must have a valid Driver's License- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions- Capability to lift heavy items, often up to 75lbs- Proficiency in standing for long periods- Experience working in confined spaces- Understanding of basic hydraulics and pressure systemsPreferred Experience:- Previous experience in utility, excavation, or constructionRequired Skills and Abilities:- Expertise in operating high-pressure water or air systems- Ability to inspect work sites for hazards and set up safety perimeters- Competence in using personal protective equipment (PPE)- Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA and MSHA regulationsPreferred Skills and Abilities:- Experience in daily inspection, setup, and maintenance of vacuum trucks, pumps, hoses, and nozzles- Skills in proper containment and disposal of excavated material and hazardous waste
