First Division Consulting (FirstDiv) is seeking a Logistics Analyst III to serve as the Materiel Fielding Scheduler responsible for management, maintenance, and optimization of the Executive Level Fielding Schedule (ELFS). This role supports planning and execution of fielding operations across multiple regions and stakeholders. 

What you will do 

  • Maintain and update the ELFS using Excel and Access, ensuring schedule accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Coordinate fielding timeline changes, locations, and resource allocations with stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers, Team Chiefs, and other designated personnel to align priorities and schedules. 
  • Serve as the central point of contact for ELFS inquiries and coordination. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements for scheduling and data management; recommend tools that improve scheduling capability. 
  • Produce and deliver the weekly Executive Level Fielding Schedule (CDRL A007) with required data elements. 
  • High School diploma or equivalent. 
  • Five years of relevant logistics experience consistent with a Logistics Analyst III role. 
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience managing schedules and datasets, including Access. 
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills. 

Security and compliance 

  • Must meet contract security and installation access requirements, including a Tier 3 investigation with Secret eligibility, and complete required Government training (Cyber Awareness, HIPAA/Privacy, AT, OPSEC, and others as applicable).
