Job Details: Job Location: Main - Fremont, OH, Salary Range: $120000.00, Come join our team as a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner at Community Health Services- 2221 Hayes Avenue in Fremont.  This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, compassionate FNP, who enjoys caring for a diverse population of patients--including both adults and children. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in a family practice setting. $120,000 base salary, No RVU's and paid malpractice insurance.  As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our providers are eligible to apply for student loan repayment through National Health Service Corps (NHSC)- up to $75,000 for full-time employees.
