Requirements

• Previous Front of House experience within a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment
  
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills
  
• Warm, professional and confident personality
  
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  
• Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs
  
• Professional presentation and a strong service ethic
  
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  
• Strong team player with a hands-on approach
  
• Comfortable living and working in a remote lodge environment
