Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance Technician — Fremont, OH

Pay: $29/hour
Schedule: Full-time

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance technician to keep manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. If you have experience repairing machinery, troubleshooting mechanical problems, or maintaining production equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and help reduce equipment downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Repair motors, pumps, conveyors, and other industrial equipment
• Read equipment manuals, schematics, and maintenance instructions
• Work with the maintenance team to keep production running safely

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance or equipment repair experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or manufacturing maintenance experience is a plus
