Our team owns and operates properties across multiple markets and asset types, leveraging a collaborative and performance-driven culture.Position SummaryThe Porter / Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the assigned multifamily community. This role plays a critical part in creating a welcoming environment by ensuring all common areas, grounds, amenities, and exterior spaces are clean, safe, and well maintained. The Porter / Groundskeeper supports daily property operations through routine cleaning, groundskeeping, light maintenance, and resident service while working closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams to enhance the overall resident experience.Work Arrangement Location: Onsite | Crown Point Cascades | Fresno, CA Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  Weekend/Holiday Support: Occasional weekends and holiday coverage based on business needs Key Responsibilities Maintaining exceptional property cleanliness and curb appeal Demonstrating reliability, accountability, and strong attendance Identifying and reporting maintenance issues proactively Assisting the Maintenance Team while developing technical skills Providing excellent customer service and professionalismCareer Path & Next Role ReadinessThe Porter / Groundskeeper role serves as an entry point into the Maintenance career path, with advancement opportunities to Maintenance Technician.
