About the role

• Fizz Facial Bar is hiring a FizzCoordinator to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients. This role blends front desk hospitality with hands-on support to keep the bar running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Greet and seat clients, answer phones, and manage scheduling
• Sell memberships to clients at checkout and follow up on membership opportunities
• Process payments and handle rescheduling requests
• Support Skin Pros by resetting bar stations between appointments
• Help keep the space clean, sanitized, and guest-ready
• Assist with day-to-day Fizz Flow to keep service moving efficiently
• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Friendly, energetic personality suited to a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with light, low-pressure sales conversations
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
• Willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support
