We're recruiting a Financial Analyst for one of our clients, a well-established Construction Chemical Company in the UAE.
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established Construction Chemical Company in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Review cost centers, cost elements, and expenses booked for all production, sales, and support activities on a daily and monthly basis
- Conduct margin analysis by product, market, customer, and other relevant categories
- Assist in monitoring and controlling the overall cost of production and other associated costs
- Actively participate in the month-end closing of cost accounting within the stipulated timeline, in coordination with all relevant process owners
- Actively participate in periodic stock counts of bulk materials
- Conduct quarterly verification and reporting of stores and spares inventory in coordination with the stores team
- Assist in the annual business planning and budgeting process
- Assist in the latest forecasting process
- Prepare presentations as required and guided by Management
- Prepare and fulfill required analysis and reporting requirements
- Assist in developing comprehensive tools for financial analysis and forecasting
Requirements
- Must have experience in a Construction Chemicals company
- Education: CA / CIMA / ACCA
- Must have 5+ years of experience
- Working knowledge of SAP HANA is highly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of costing, accounting, and auditing
- Minimum one year of hands-on training in costing and accounting
