Salon Supervisor

• Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  
• Manage and motivate salon staff to achieve sales and service targets.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  
• Drive sales, promote salon services, and support client retention and business growth.
  
• Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records and database
  

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in salon supervision or salon management.
  
• Strong skills in sales, customer service, and client management.
  
• Must have an existing client database/network and the ability to attract and retain clients.
  
• Fluent English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
