ERP SYSTEMS COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

The ERP Systems Coordinator supports the Commissary Operations Team through day-to-day systems administrative support and backs up other Commissary teams when needed.

  • Thorough understanding on JustFoods ERP system, its functionalities and how the system ties together with finance and operations.
  • Uploading sales orders into JustFoods and post sales invoices, generate route reports.
  • Performs and stays current/advance on consumption process.
  • Works with production team to adjust inventory based on real usage of materials on a daily basis.
  • Works with warehouse team to transfer inventory into production bin.
  • Ensures ingredient lot codes are accurately reflected in the system.
  • Supports other Commissaries on these processes as needed when others are on vacation.
  • Reviews purchase orders against purchase invoices from vendors to ensure successful payment.
  • Backs up Administrative team and supports operations team as needed.
  • Participates in Commissary team huddles and stays aware of all activities within the Commissary.
  • Reviews weekly consumption reports sent by head office and takes action as needed.
  • Reviews weekly cycle counts by warehouse teams and makes recommendations to headquarters on inventory adjustments.
  • Reviews JustFoods item cards for accuracy of set up, including unit costs, unit of measures.
  • Reviews BOM (Bill of Materials) for sushi items and updates as necessary with guidance from head office and product development team.
  • Other ad hoc duties, such as label printing, production reports and route reports as needed.
  • Assist monthly physical inventory count and production inventory schedule.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Good knowledge of MS Office – strong proficiency with computers
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.  
  • Strong team player with a 'happy to help' attitude.
  • Flexible working on weekends.
