This is a professional environment with a stable company!   Job Description: Respond to residential and commercial alarm signals, based on established company policies and procedures, when triggered and alerted on computer Answer high-volume of phone calls, strong computer skills Respond to residential and commercial alarm signals, based on company policies and procedures, when triggered and alerted on computer monitor Dispatch security or emergency personnel, if applicable, to premises after receiving alarm signal Interact with customers, customer emergency contacts, and emergency dispatchers while responding to residential and/or business alarm signals Establish and maintain rapport during dispatch calls with fire, medical, and law enforcement agencies throughout the United States Understand and use correct interdepartmental procedures and policies when interfacing with other departments Great phone etiquette, comfortable speaking with clients on the phone Perform basic troubleshooting Requirements Strong verbal and written skills required – able to handle a high call volume and excellent customer service Type a minimum of 40wpm Answer high-volume of phone calls Strong computer skills Good written and verbal communication skills   Benefits We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
