Under the general guidance of the Supervisor and Manager of Diagnostic Imaging, the Procedural Scheduler is tasked with executing a range of clinical receptionist duties. Working with minimal oversight, the Procedural Scheduler plays a crucial role in interacting with patients, physicians, medical office personnel, and medical center staff, always ensuring prompt and courteous service.

Required Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Upon hire: Medical terminology certification
6 months Experience in a medical and/or Customer service position.
Customer service experience in an acute healthcare setting.
Admitting, insurance eligibility and verification experience.
1 year Experience scheduling radiographic procedures.
